• Our 2-years Complete Warranty Covers:
  • Any lines appearing on the panel.
  • Color changes on the panel such as blue, green, etc.
  • Motherboard damage due to voltage fluctuations.
  • Comprehensive hardware warranty.
  • Complete software warranty.
  • *During the 2-year warranty period, any defective part can be claimed for warranty only once. The same part cannot be claimed twice. (Terms & Conditions apply)*
  • *Warranty claims for 'Star Apple LED TV' products will only be accepted at 'Star Apple' showrooms. If a warranty claim is made through another brand or source, the 'Star Apple' warranty will be void. (Terms & Conditions apply)*
• Star Apple provides a full 2-year warranty on all aspects except for the LED remote and the main wire of the LED.
